  I booked and paid in full two flights for saturday and a few days later I was told to change my date because they were full. I took a day off from work to celebrate a special occasion and everything was ruined. I spoke to the secretary and she was very nice and transfered me to the owner Stan Hess and as soon as I said good morning he said I was yelling and hanged up on me. I have never seen someone so arrogant own a business he didn't even apologized he deserves to be suit for all the pain and suffering and for ruining my occasion.

  I had an excellent experience with my husband. They gave my husband the opportunity to choose the date and it was exactly for my birthday. I enjoyed a beautiful view and an unforgettable moment.
